Sizing & fit

How do I know what size I am?

The fastest way is our size guide — it has chest, waist, inseam, and shoe measurements in cm. If you sit between two sizes, size up: our cuts run on the trim side of regular.

If you'd rather we just tell you, write to support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your height, weight, and the piece you're looking at, and we'll tell you what we'd order.

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?

Return it. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund. Returns are free in the EU. Outside the EU, you cover return shipping. Details on the shipping & returns page.

Can I exchange a piece for a different size?

We don't run formal exchanges — the fastest path is to return the original and place a new order. If you'd like, write to us and we'll hold the new size for you while the return is in transit.

Do elevator shoes run true to size?

Yes — take your normal EU shoe size. The lift is built into the insole and doesn't affect the length of the shoe.

Orders, shipping & returns

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship from our European warehouse within 48 hours. From dispatch: 3–7 business days within the EU, 5–10 to the UK, 7–14 to the US and Canada, 10–18 to the rest of the world. Full breakdown on the shipping & returns page.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse — usually within 24–48 hours of placing it. If you can't find the email, check spam first; if it's still missing, write to support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your order number.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

EU orders ship duty-paid — nothing to pay on arrival. Outside the EU, customs duties may apply depending on your country and order value. They're not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. To stay under most countries' de minimis threshold, keep orders under €150.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, full refund, no restocking fee, no questions. The piece must be unworn and in original packaging. Returns are free in the EU. To start one, email support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.

How long do refunds take?

Within 5 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Most banks credit the refund within 1–3 days after that.

What if my piece arrives damaged or wrong?

Send a photo to support@getlooksmaxxing.com. We send a replacement the same day and you keep the original. No return required.

About Looksmaxxing

Are the four-piece sets discounted?

Yes. Each set is priced roughly 25–35% below the cost of buying the four pieces separately. The savings are baked into the set price — no codes needed.

Do you restock pieces that sell out?

Rarely. We work in small batches — when a set or a piece is gone, it's usually gone for good. When we update the catalog, we replace rather than add. The newsletter is the best way to hear about new releases first.

When do new pieces drop?

Roughly every quarter, no fixed schedule. Sign up at the bottom of the homepage and you'll get the new release before the site does.

Where is the brand based?

European Union. Our warehouse and customer support are both based in Europe. Orders worldwide ship from there.

Do you have a physical store?

No — Looksmaxxing is online only. The model is what lets us keep the prices where they are.
