Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse.

Times are from dispatch, not order date. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day ship the same day; orders placed after, or over the weekend, ship the next working day.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Customs delays, courier issues, and weather events occasionally extend transit.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't receive a tracking link within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Customs and duties
EU orders ship duty-paid. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
Orders outside the EU may incur customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees depending on your country and order value. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. To stay under most countries' de minimis threshold, keep orders under €150.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the package, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup point. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery, an incorrect address, or refusal at the door are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, give it 48 hours — packages occasionally show "delivered" before being scanned at the final stop, or end up at a neighbor's. If it's still missing after 48 hours, write to us and we'll replace it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, write to us within 1 hour and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Restricted destinations
We do not currently ship to: countries under EU/UN sanctions, P.O. Boxes in some regions, or military APO/FPO addresses. The checkout will block any unsupported destination.
