Track Your Order

Tracking links are sent the moment your order leaves our warehouse — usually within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.

Where to find your tracking link

Search your inbox for an email from support@getlooksmaxxing.com with the subject line "Your Looksmaxxing order is on its way". The tracking link is at the top of that email.

If you can't find it, check your spam folder. Some providers (notably Outlook and Hotmail) route our shipping notifications there.

Haven't received a tracking email yet?

Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard from us, one of two things has happened:

  • You ordered late on a Friday or over a weekend — orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday don't ship until Monday.
  • The notification went to spam — check there first.

If neither of those explains it, write to support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your order number and we'll find it for you.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there

Give it 48 hours — packages occasionally show "delivered" before being scanned at the final stop, or end up at a neighbor's. If it's still missing after that, write to us and we'll replace it.
