How we ship, how returns work, and what to expect after you order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day. Orders placed after, or over the weekend, ship the next working day.

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. If a tracking link doesn't arrive within 48 hours, write to us.

Customs and duties

Orders to the EU ship duty-paid. There is nothing to pay on arrival.

Orders outside the EU may incur customs duties depending on your country and the order value. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you'd rather not deal with customs, we recommend keeping your orders under your country's de minimis threshold (around €150 for most jurisdictions).

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any piece for a full refund. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, write to support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (free for EU customers; outside the EU, you cover the return shipping).

We do not charge restocking fees. We do not require a reason. You can change your mind and that's enough.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Most banks credit the refund within 1–3 days after that.

Exchanges

We don't run formal exchanges. The fastest way to swap a size or a color is to return the original and place a new order. If you'd like, write to us and we'll hold the new piece for you while the return is in transit.

Defects and wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, write to us with a photo. We send a replacement on the same day and you keep the original. No return required.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, give it 48 hours — it sometimes shows up on a neighbor's porch or in a building lobby. If it's still missing after that, write to us and we'll replace it.
