Suede has a reputation for fragility it does not deserve. It asks for small habits, not maintenance projects. Here is the whole routine.
Before the first wear
Apply a suede protector spray and let it dry overnight. This single step does more than everything else combined: it lets water bead instead of soak and gives stains nothing to grip.
After each wear
Thirty seconds with a suede brush, always in one direction, lifts dust and revives the nap. Let the pair rest a day between wears; the inner footbed needs the recovery more than the suede does.
When something spills
Blot, never rub. Let mud dry completely before brushing it off. For persistent marks, a suede eraser works like a pencil eraser: gentle strokes, then brush the nap back up.
What to avoid
Heavy rain, radiators, and shoe polish. Wet suede should dry slowly at room temperature with a shoe tree or stuffed paper holding the shape. Heat cracks the hide; polish clogs the nap permanently.
Every pair in our footwear range is genuine suede, and each product page carries care notes specific to the cut.

Most wardrobes fail at the point of combination. You own good pieces that do not talk to each other: the polo fights the trousers, the knit sits wrong over the shirt. A four-piece set solves the combination problem before the box is opened.
One palette, one weight, one decision
When four pieces are chosen together, three things get calibrated that rarely align by accident. The colors sit in one story, so every pairing works. The fabric weights match, so layers drape instead of bunching. And the cuts are proportioned to each other: the shirt hem, the trouser rise, the knit length all assume the presence of the others.
The math of it
Four coordinated pieces yield more than four outfits: worn together, split into pairs, layered for evening. The practical effect is a week of mornings with no decisions to make and no combination that misses.
How to choose your set
Pick by the temperature of the color, not the color itself. Warm skin leans chestnut and olive; cooler tones carry navy and forest green. If in doubt, navy is the failure-proof default, which is precisely why it never goes out of rotation.
See the current Four-Piece Sets, each one composed as a single fit.

Elevator shoes add height through construction, not tricks. The lift is built inside the shoe: a layered footbed raises the heel and midfoot within the boot or loafer, so the outside profile stays the same as any well-cut dress shoe.
Where the height comes from
A standard shoe places your foot close to the outsole. An elevator design stacks a contoured internal footbed above it. Because the lift sits inside the upper, the back of the heel looks like a normal shoe, which is the entire point: the silhouette reads clean from the outside.
What to look for
Three things separate a comfortable pair from a punishing one. First, a contoured footbed rather than a flat wedge: your arch needs support at the new angle. Second, a slightly higher shaft or a boot cut, which conceals the raised ankle position. Third, honest sizing: an internal lift does not change your length size, so order your usual EU size.
Styling notes
Keep trousers slim and slightly cropped so the line from leg to shoe stays unbroken. Darker shoes read more formal and hide the extra volume of a boot cut. If you are new to lifts, start with a Chelsea or derby rather than a low-top: the higher cut does the concealment work for you.
