Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For returns under our additional 30-day policy, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with their tags and packaging. There is no restocking fee. This additional policy does not limit your statutory rights.

How to start a return

Email support@getlooksmaxxing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send parcels to the business address without checking the return instructions.

UK customers pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Change-of-mind returns are free within the EU. For other destinations, the customer pays the return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Keep proof of postage.

UK and EU cancellation rights

You may cancel an online order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For a statutory cancellation, we refund the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost of a premium delivery service is not refundable. We issue the refund within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, but may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

For other eligible returns under our 30-day policy, we process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and checking the goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Your legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement are not limited by our 30-day policy or by the original packaging requirements.

Exchanges

To request a different size or item, contact us. We will explain the return and replacement options before you send anything back.

Optional cancellation form

You can cancel by sending a clear statement by email or post. You may use this wording: "To Carrer Concept - Digital Utopia, Lda, Rua da Carreira, 41, 4435-145 Rio Tinto, Porto, Portugal; support@getlooksmaxxing.com. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [items]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]." Add your signature if you send the form on paper.
